How do I get help?

If you're having trouble, this knowledge base is the go-to place to search for solutions. We try our best to keep it up to date, adding answers to questions that we receive. But, if you can't find the answers you need, you can also reach out to us from right inside the Speedify app.

From the main screen, tap the question mark icon at the top right. Then, from the menu that pops up you can tap "Generate Logs". It will open an email to us in your default email program, with debugging information attached in a zip file. Fill in some information in the email body to tell us about what you were doing, and what kind of problems you saw and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
