How do I get help?
If you're having trouble, the Knowledge Base is the go-to place to search for solutions. We try our best to keep it up to date, adding answers to questions that we receive. You can access it from inside the app by tapping on the Help menu in the upper right-hand corner.
If you are experiencing an unusual problem while using Speedify, we encourage you to send logs to our Support team. To do this, tap the Help menu in the top right. Then, from the menu that pops up, tap Generate Logs. This will open an email to us in your default email app, with debugging information attached as a zip file. Tell us about your issue, and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
