How can I generate logs?

If you encounter a problem, that is not addressed in our support documentation, you can send logs to help our engineers debug and troubleshoot issues with the application.

To do this, tap the ☰ menu on the top left, then scroll down and tap Generate Logs.

On iOS and Android, tapping Generate Logs should open up your default E-mail app (so make sure you have one set up) with the log file attached. Fill in some information about the issue you were experiencing, and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
