If you encounter a problem that is not addressed in our Support documentation, you can send logs to help our engineers debug and troubleshoot issues with the application.
To do this, tap the question mark icon in the top right of the Dashboard. Then, from the menu that pops, tap Generate Logs.
On iOS and Android, tapping Generate Logs should open up your default mail app with the log file attached. Fill in some information about the issue you were experiencing, and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
