How do I get help?
If you're having trouble, this knowledge base is the first place to look for answers. We keep it up to date, adding answers to questions that we receive.
But if you can't find the answers you need, you can also reach out to us from right in the Speedify app. From the main screen, select the question mark at the top right. Then, from the menu that pops up you can tap "Generate Logs". It will open an email to us, in your default email program, with debugging information attached in a zip file. Fill in some information in the email body to tell us about what you were doing, and what kind of problems you saw. We'll be happy to get back to you.
